At Luvero, we use a variety of trusted Tracked Delivery services including DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. All UK orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging with tracked delivery to your door or local collection point. Below you’ll find information about Luvero's delivery times, next day delivery services and other delivery-related enquiries.
- Any order to be dispatched the same day must be placed before 2pm Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
- Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
- For DPD Weekend Shipping you must place your order before 2pm on the Friday, orders placed after this time will automatically be moved to the following weekend.
- We are closed on all Bank Holidays.
United Kingdom Delivery Options
Royal Mail Tracked48 – £4.99
- Free for UK orders over £50
- Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within 2-5 working days
- Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, orders placed during these times will be dispatched the following working day.
- Delivery may be delivered on Saturday but this is not guaranteed.
- These services will provide a tracking number and can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process. This service also is insured and requires a signature
- The maximum order weight for this service is 2kg
- For some postcodes, this service can take longer to arrive: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, ZE2 and ZE3.
Royal Mail Tracked24 – £6.99 (1-2 working days)
- Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within 1-2 working days
- Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, orders placed during these times will be dispatched the following working day.
- Delivery may be delivered on Saturday but this is not guaranteed.
- These services will provide a tracking number and can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process. This service also is insured and requires a signature
- The maximum order weight for this service is 2kg
- For some postcodes, this service can take longer to arrive: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, ZE2 and ZE3.
DPD Express Next Day – £8.49 (1 working day)
- Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered on the next working day
- You’ll receive email/SMS* notifications from DPD with updates on your order. DPD will let you know your parcel is out for delivery on the morning that it’ll arrive:
- if they can’t deliver, they’ll send you an email/SMS* ‘something for you card’, as well as putting one through your letterbox;
- If they’ve delivered to a neighbour, they’ll tell you the name and house number;
- Or, they’ll let you know if they’ve delivered to a safe place
- Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, orders placed during these times will be dispatched the following working day.

DPD Weekend Shipping – £11.49
- Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on the Saturday
- You’ll receive email/SMS* notifications from DPD with updates on your order. DPD will let you know your parcel is out for delivery on the morning that it’ll arrive:

International Delivery Options
International Tracked
- International Tracked services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-7 working days. And worldwide within 5-10 working days.
- This is a tracked and insured delivery service
- The maximum order weight for this service is 10kg
- Orders weighing less than 2kg will be shipped with Royal Mail and orders between 2kg and 10kg will be shipped with DPD
- International shipping prices are worked out based on the order weight
- We charge exactly the same as the shipping service costs
Import Duties & Taxes
If you order products from Luvero for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are applied when your order reaches the destination country. Please note that we have no control over these charges and the amount cannot be predicted.
You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the order is destined. We will not be liable or responsible if any such law is broken.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Please note if your parcel delivery is attempted and you fail to collect from the delivery company in the timeframe leading to your parcel being returned to us, you shall be liable for any costs incurred including the cost of postage to dispatch the parcel and the return postal charge.
